Rican Cellist Solimar Soto Visits PPC
Pictured
are Solimar Soto,with Melissa (left), and her wonderful family
(Ramon, Nomar & Maria). Solimar is associate principal cellist
with the Puerto Rico Symphony and recently flew to our shop in
Vermont to look for a cello that she could use for increasing
solo and chamber music work as well as her demanding orchestra
performance schedule. Solimar's choice: a beautiful Zachary Taylor
B-form Stradivari model, is also in both photos.
Both Melissa and I spent an enjoyable two days with this talented
and gracious cellist, and wish her and her family well as her
career grows. |

$40,000 range, that we have a very difficult time filling them.
We are always looking for consignment cellos in this range. We
