A remarkable cello from the first part of the 19th century. It is difficult to determine exactly where this beauty came from: the closest anyone can determine is (possibly) Hungary. Very nicely made and well cared-for for more than 150 years.  A very pleasing model with a narrow body, a one-piece back, and lovely amber varnish.  A professional concert instrument in every sense of the term: you can hear all 150+ plus years in its big, rich tone, great focus and instant response. One of the best players we've ever had.
